The Firebird Training Recruitment team will find you trainees to join your business either as a Resourcer (Level 2 qualification) or as a Consultant (Level 3 qualification), carry out checks to ensure they have the 'Right to Work', the right qualifications and references, then give them two days intensive training so they have knowledge to help them hit the ground running when they start with you. Apprentices will attend workshops to prepare them for their exam and onsite visits from their assessor to assess their competence in the workplace over a 12 month period.
