Helping Young People in to employment
Alison is passionate about helping young people succeed in life and gain employment. She recognises that there is potential in every young person and helps them to identify there skills, qualities and attributes and focus them on gaining employment.
She has identified through her work with young people
over the last 4 years that confidence, motivation, assertiveness and communication skills are all
issues that face young people when leaving education and looking for work.
Her mission is to positively affect the lives of 100,000 young people by building their confidence, self-esteem and motivation to succeed in finding employment by the end of 2014.
Alison uses a variety of different tools and coaching techniques to get the best out of young people. Alison has created 'BE, DO, HAVE life inspirational and Transferable Skills clouds' and 'The Barrier Brick Wall' tools to help young people realise their potential and build confidence. She also uses 'Sam the Magic Genie' created by Brian Mayne which is an inspirational adverture story which shows you how to think your best thought, feel your best feelings and live your best life through 'Goal Mapping' on a one to one basis.

Alison is 'Enhanced CRB checked', 'Child Protection’ trained and adheres to The Coaching Academy's 'Safeguarding Children Policy'.
Alison also offers young people the opportunity of working through Duncan Gee's MAGIC programme (delivered on behalf of The Coaching Academy) which focuses on developing crucial life skills to young people. The programme is normally delivered in schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs/groups, youth associations, youth organisations and young offender institutes but can also be followed on a one to one basis with Alison out of school.

Payment terms
Fees are payable in advance of each coaching session or programme. Where payment has not been received in advance of a coaching session Alison is not obliged to provide the session.
Confidentiality
Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client's prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
