About Us

  With over 20 years experience in recruitment we have developed comprehensive training and coaching programmes that will enable trainee recruiters to start billing within their first 90 days as recruiters. All our programmes are practical and interactive and gives learners a chance to practice what they learn.

 

Our 8 week training and coaching programme gives recruiters the skills, knowledge and experience to hit the ground running with reviews and analysis of performance continuing for a further 30 days to ensure placements are made and results are consistent.

 

For those of you passionate about a career in recruitment our 5 day intensive programme will get you up and running. With our help you will be assured to secure your first job as a recruiter in no time at all. We will even continue to support you during your first 90 days in your new job, mentoring and coaching you to ensure you start to bill in your first 3 months of employment.

 Alison Mannell MBA FIRP the founder of Firebird Training Limited has over 20 years experience in recruitment and sales.
 
Since 2007 she has helped new recruiters to hit the ground running and experienced recruiters to maxise their performance through training courses, one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
 
Alison is an expert at getting recruiters motivated and new recruiters billing in their first 3 months of employment.
 

Prior to launching Firebird Training Alison was a top performing recruiter for international recruitment firms. She successful built up contract and permanent recruitment desks from scratch, sometimes managing up to 320 contractors at any one time.
 
Alison is a fellow member of The REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP), has a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) specialising in Human Resources, Marketing, Organisational & Financial Strategy, is a qualified Personal Performance Coach and Youth Coach through The Coaching Academy, is a qualified Certified User of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis and is a qualified NVQ  Assessor.
