Our 8 week training and coaching programme gives recruiters the skills, knowledge and experience to hit the ground running with reviews and analysis of performance continuing for a further 30 days to ensure placements are made and results are consistent.

Alison Mannell Temple MBA FIRP founder of Firebird Training Limited has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment and sales.
Since 2007 she has helped new recruiters to hit the ground running and experienced recruiters to maximise their performance through training courses, one-to-one coaching and mentoring.
Alison is an expert at getting recruiters motivated and new recruiters billing in their first 3 months of employment.
Prior to launching Firebird Training Alison was a top performing recruiter for international recruitment firms. She successful built up contract and permanent recruitment desks from scratch, sometimes managing up to 320 contractors at any one time.
Alison is a Fellow Member of The REC Institute of Recruitment Professionals (FIRP), has a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) specialising in Human Resources, Marketing, Organisational & Financial Strategy, is a qualified Personal Performance Coach and Youth Coach through The Coaching Academy, is a qualified Certified User of Thomas International's Personal Profile Analysis and is a qualified Apprenticeships Assessor.
